The church is more organism than organization. The Bible refers to the Church as “the Body of Christ” (Romans 12:27) and the “Bride of Christ” (Rev 19:7). As such, the church needs an altogether different kind of leader than the business world might expect. Who, then, are the leaders of the local church?
