A Wicked World Upside Down- The Book of Acts Part 38
What happens when we have access to God’s Word—but choose to live by our own way instead?
In Acts 17, Paul arrives in Thessalonica and does something simple but powerful: he opens the Scriptures and points people to Jesus. Some believe. Others reject the message and respond with jealousy and opposition.
The difference isn't whether they were near God's Word. The question was whether they were guided by it.
Without God’s Word as my guide, I am one step from wickedness.
God’s Word is not meant to steal our joy. It is the guardrail that keeps us from the cliff. When we allow Scripture to shape our lives, our faith becomes something the world can’t ignore.
