Today we need to address the Bible’s teaching that ONE of the purposes of marriage is to provide for the raising and nurture of children. The hand of God sometimes prevents couples from experiencing the joy of a child’s birth. God also calls some to adopt a child who might otherwise die prior to term. Marriage is not just for love. It’s for Life. Married or unmarried, the Church supports you in a decision to carry every unborn child to term. And if you at some point have experienced an abortion, our desire is to help you find healing from that experience. (Preached with Aimee Huber, director of 1st Choice Pregnancy center, Morristown.)
