What's on the Other Side of a Hardened Heart?- Mark

In the passages leading up to this moment, we see Jesus feeding five thousand and walking on water. In both of these instances, his disciples are either unable to recognize him or don’t believe he’s capable of resolving the issue at hand because of what the Bible describes as their hardened hearts. A hardened heart is similar to an unwelcoming host in the way that it is more interested in itself and functions out of disbelief.
